Is your team security cleared?
All members of our teams have a current police certificate,we allow our team member to work only if they have a police certificate, no exceptions.

Will I always have the same cleaning service team?
We make every effort to have the same cleaning service team in your home. Occasionally there may be a change in a team member due to illness. CLEAN FANTASTIC team leader's job is to learn your home and to teach the team members to deliver the quality that you would expect

Do I Have To Be Home When Clean Fantastic Team Cleans?
Most of our customers are not able to be home when we arrive, and many give us a key. Others prefer to leave a key in a pre-arranged location.If you must be home for us to gain entry we ask that you give us a wider window of arrival due to the nature of scheduling limitations - usually a 3-4 hour arrival window.

Will All House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same Amount?
The first house cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits.Generally, it takes additional cleaning tasks to get the home up to CLEAN FANTASTIC standards.

How Much Will It Cost To Clean My House?
Every house is unique, and every cleaning fee is individually based on time we spend. Things that will affect the amount of your house cleaning estimate include the size of your home, number of residents, number of pets,number of bathrooms,how often you want us to clean your house (the rate for our regullar service is $30 p/h,for one-off cleaning is $35 p/h for 1 cleaner).

If I Am Not Satisfied With Service?
If you are not 100% satisfied with quality of cleaning of any of the serviced areas, please contact us within 24 hours of your clean. We will re-visit your home or office at no extra charge.However, due to the subject nature of the cleaning industry, we do not offer refunds to customers.

Do I Have To Provide Cleaning Supplies?
All CLEAN FANTASTIC teams equiped with all necessary professional and environmentally free cleaning solutions and equipment.However,if you have a special product you prefer for us to use when cleaning your home we would be glad to use it

How and when do I pay for my cleaning service?
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept payment by check or cash. If you would like to pay by cash or a check,please place your payment on the kitchen counter for us to pick up when we arrive
